User Data Deletion Instructions

Arnold Connect is operated by Arnold Powered Access Ltd. Users may request deletion of personal information processed by Arnold Connect.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@hasaaudue.shop.
2. Use the subject line Arnold Connect Data Deletion Request.
3. Provide the account email, business name or identifier needed to locate the relevant data.
4. If the request concerns a connected Meta or WhatsApp business asset, identify the relevant connected account where possible.

Verification

We may request reasonable verification before acting. Do not send passwords, private keys or access tokens.

What happens next

We will delete or de-identify information that we are required and permitted to delete, subject to limited lawful retention for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
