This Privacy Policy explains how Arnold Powered Access Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, shares, retains and deletes personal information in connection with Arnold Connect, our website, customer support and supported business messaging integrations.

2. Information We May Process

Account and business information such as name, business name, role, email address, telephone number and account identifiers.
Meta or WhatsApp integration information made available through authorised connections, including relevant business identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, phone number identifiers, integration status and permissions.
Messaging data required for enabled features, including message content, attachments, sender and recipient identifiers, timestamps, delivery status and conversation metadata.
Customer contact information, labels, tags, notes and operational context entered by authorised users.
Technical, security, diagnostic, audit and system log information needed to operate and protect the service.

3. How We Use Information

To create, administer and secure customer accounts.
To provide Team Inbox and supported customer messaging functionality.
To enable multi-agent collaboration, assignments and authorised team access.
To maintain contact records and conversation context.
To provide configured automation, routing and workflow features.
To support authorised outbound messaging and broadcast workflows.
To provide analytics and operational reporting.
To support Embedded Signup and other authorised onboarding flows where applicable.
To maintain authorised Meta or WhatsApp integrations.
To provide support, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

4. Meta Platform Data

Where Arnold Connect receives information from Meta products or APIs (“Platform Data”), we process that data only for purposes clearly connected to the services requested and authorised by the relevant customer and subject to applicable Meta platform terms and policies.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising purposes.

5. Sharing

We may share information with authorised users of the relevant customer organisation, service providers supporting the operation of Arnold Connect, connected third-party platforms where required to operate an authorised integration, and authorities or other parties where required by law. We do not sell personal information as part of the operation of Arnold Connect.

6. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain authorised customer accounts and integrations, resolve disputes, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Deletion

8. Government and Law Enforcement Requests

9. Security
