Business use

The service is intended for lawful business use. Customers are responsible for the legality of their communications, required consents and compliance with applicable third-party platform policies.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for protecting credentials and activity performed by authorised users.

Third-party platforms

Some features depend on third-party services such as Meta or WhatsApp. Their availability, permissions and policies are controlled by the relevant providers.

Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
